M.Y.F.C. Under 7's (including Year 1/Reception) get together on Saturday mornings between September and May at Mattishall Primary School for around an hour of football which is normally structured with a warm-up session, a skills session and then a match to finish with. Players are of varying standards and parents/guardians are encouraged to join in with the development of the players.

A number of friendlies with other clubs are also normally played throughout the season with a view to giving the players a grounding for league football which comences at Under 8 level.

End of season events are also arranged and usually includes a Dads/Parents v Lads/Lasses match and a players presentation day.
